In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, Plumbitall will either provide a replacement, repair or a refund, in part or whole, dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity as advised by Plumbitall.
Any suspected faulty products must be reported to Plumbitall immediately and confirmed in writing. We will then investigate in full and provide a response.
The Guarantee's do NOT cover any subsequential loss of any kind, either directly or indirectly of a valid claim being made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
