Shipping Methods
Items Under 30kg
Delivered via standard carriers such as Hermes, Royal Mail, or DPD on a tracked 1–3 day service.
Items Over 30kg
Delivered on a pallet or stillage, typically on a 1–3 day service.
Please note: We are not responsible for removing or disposing of pallets or stillages. By accepting delivery of your order, you agree to dispose of the pallet/stillage accordingly.
Access Requirements for Delivery
Please inform us of any access restrictions to your property when placing your order.
If you need to update this information after ordering, you must notify us within 2 hours by emailing delivery@plumbitall.com and include your order number.
Please note: After the 2-hour window, we are unable to update access restrictions, and you may incur an additional £40.00 re-delivery fee if the carrier is unable to complete the delivery.
Missed Deliveries & Cancellations
Cancellation After Dispatch or Refused Delivery
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, a £40.00 cancellation fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
If the delivery is refused at the doorstep, the order will be treated as a cancellation after dispatch and the same £40.00 fee will apply.
Missed Delivery Appointments
If a delivery attempt is missed, a re-delivery charge will apply. Payment for the re-delivery must be made before we arrange a new delivery date.
If we do not hear from you within 5 days of a missed delivery to rebook, the item will be returned to us and the order will be treated as cancelled after dispatch. A £40.00 cancellation fee will then be applied and deducted from your refund.
