At Plumb It All we like to keep things simple, so much so that choosing your next home improvement should be enjoyable and stress-free. Every step of the way we will listen to your views and advise on what options lie ahead of you, ensuring that you’re always well-informed on the progress of the project.

Your Home Visit

We will:

  1. Introduce you to the company and how we work.
  2. Ask you what type of bathroom, kitchen or heating system you’re looking for and to share your ideas and preferences.
  3. Assess and measure up your existing space so that we can provide an accurate estimate of costs and range of options available to you.
  4. Answer any questions that you may have.
  5. Invite you to visit our showroom for further consultation and guidance on the next steps.

At Our Showroom

We will:

  1. Meet you there and ensure you have time to explore the wide range of designs and styles that Plumb It All offer, demonstrating products where possible.
  2. Ensure your surveyor is on hand to help and advise you on our full range of products.
  3. Finalise all your choices, covering everything from key items such as baths, worktops, basins and cupboards to fixtures, fittings and finishing touches.

Your Design and Quote

We will:

  1. Provide a detailed quotation and 3D (CAD – Computer Aided Design) diagram of your new project, once you’re happy with your choices.
  2. Bring these documents to your home or welcome you back to our showroom to discuss further.
  3. Process your order once you are happy with your design, product choices and layout.
  4. Grant you a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, so should you decide that you no longer wish to proceed with your order or change your mind about any element of it, we can still work together to find the best way forward.

Your Installation

We will:

  1. Let our installations team know of your order confirmation and arrange a start date, once you’re happy to start moving.
  2. Call you regarding a ‘week commencing’ start date which we will also confirm in writing.
  3. Call again one week before the start week with an exact date, which you will also receive in writing.
  4. Arrive at your property on the agreed date to begin work. We ensure that our installation team will clean the area in which they are working each day, will never leave your property without vital working amenities and will stay on your job until it is finished.
